Root vegetables bake

Ingredients
  0,75 pounds parsnip
  4 small celery roots
  5 medium potatoes
  2 medium carrots
  3 cloves garlic
  1,5 cups heavy cream
  salt to taste
Instructions
  1.      Peel and clean the veretables, cut into matchsticks. Transfer into a large oven-proof dish.
  
  2.      Peel and mince the garlic, add the the vegetables. Add cream and salt, mix well.
  
  3.       Bake at 420 F for approx. 30 minutes. Remove for the oven, cover and let stand for 10 more minutes. Serve warm.
