Mashed lentils

Ingredients
  1 cup red lentils
  2 cups wayer or vegetable or meat broth
  0,5 tsp salt
Instructions
  Combine lentils and waoter or broth in a pot, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for approx. 15 minutes, or until the lentils are tender throughout. Note - if using other then red lentils, time may vary.
  
  Season with salt, mash and serve immediately.
