Rosemary-baked potatoes

Ingredients
  2 pounds potatoes
  2 tbsp olive oil
  0,5 tsp salt
  1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
  Wash the potatoes throughly, do not peel. Cut each potato into 4-6 wedges, depending on the size. You can also use small potatoes whole. Transfer to a large micro-safe dish or pot.
  
  Add salt, oil and rosemary, mix to combine. Cover and microwave on full power for 10-15 minutes, or until done (time may vary). Serve hot.
